1. We stopped parking under the tree that drops sticky seeds and leaves and flowers on our car. Also stops most of the birds from pooping on it. This means we [gasp] have to walk 50 feet to get to our car.
2. We have taken it to a car wash once already. And we plan to do that at least once every two weeks. It's in the budget.
