Then we decided I dug too deep and we needed another layer of gravel so it was back to the store.
After that it was sand. Back to the store for more sand. Then, I FINALLY got to put the bricks in. They were just here in the yard and around the place.

Then it was more sand over the top and A LOT of sweeping to fill in the gaps. Here's the play-by-play:
